PUSHEN SZQ-700 (Extended) is a single-sided Film Applicator made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance. It is suitable for Spreader sample preparation on a flat and solid substrate surface. The preparatory wet film thickness is 700μm and the application width is 10mm. Principle
The single-sided Film Applicator is a bird-shaped coating applicator. By pushing the coating applicator on a flat and solid substrate, the paint is scraped into a uniform wet-film layer of a specific thickness and width using a preset precise gap (700 μm) at the bottom, providing a standardized sample for subsequent testing.

Steps
1. Ensure that the surface of the substrate to be Spreader is flat and solid.
2. Place an appropriate amount of coating on the substrate in front of the coating applicator.
3. At a smooth speed and appropriate pressure, push the coating applicator to scrape on the substrate.
4. After completion, a uniform wet-film sample with a thickness of 700 μm and a width of 10 mm can be obtained.
