Overview
The SMTSER NBC-A200 Flexographic Printing Proof instrument is a device designed for monochrome proofing, suitable for color scheme, testing and other applications. The instrument features a large drum structure, supports Spreader, solid color and Dot pattern proofing, and can optionally be equipped with a UV curing device.
Features
1. After the ceramic roller rotates the ink evenly, the printing material and the Printing Plate drum start to rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing to ensure the proofing mass.
2. The four structures of drawdown blade, ceramic roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can adjust the pressure independently and flexibly.
3. The mesh roller and drawdown blade are easy to disassemble and assemble.
4. Using large drum structure, it is simple and convenient to install Printing Materials, Printing Plates and clean Printing Plates.
Principle
The instrument first rotates the ceramic roller to achieve uniform inking, and then the printing material and the Printing Plate cylinder start to rotate one week synchronously to complete the proofing process. The ceramic roller, the printing material cylinder and the Printing Plate cylinder keep synchronized during operation to ensure the proofing mass.
Applications
monochrome proofing
Steps
1. Use a dropper to drop ink for inking.
2. Install the proofing material (thickness 0.01~ 2mm, size 120 * 170mm).
3. Install the Printing Plate (plate area 120 * 170mm, thickness 1.7mm flexographic plate).
4. Adjust the plate roller and mesh roller pressure (can be adjusted by +/- 2mm, with scale display).
5. Adjust the plate roller and embossing pressure (can be adjusted by +/- 2mm, with scale display).
6. Set the ink leveling speed (10-80m/min).
7. Start the instrument, the ceramic roller first rotates the ink evenly, and then the printing material and the Printing Plate roller rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing.
Notice
Make sure the input power is 220V, 50/60Hz.
The thickness of the proofing material should be within the range of 0.01 to 2mm.
