The SMTSER NBC-20L inks Stirrer is a desktop device designed with a standard 20L ink drum for inks mixing operations. The device has the characteristics of simple operation, high mixing efficiency, and easy cleaning, which can meet the needs of printing, Encasement and other industries for uniform mixing of inks.

Principle
The equipment uses the L-shaped paddle Stirrer for low-speed, intermittent barrel-side mixing, and uses the unique Impeller design to realize the flipping and shearing of inks. The direct drive mode is used to reduce power loss, and the inks do not heat up during the mixing process, and the inks can be mixed evenly within five minutes.

Steps
1. Place the standard 20L ink cartridge in the working position of the equipment
2. One-click lock ink tank
3. Adjust stirring speed according to demand
4. Start the equipment for mixing operation
5. Take out the ink bucket after stirring is completed
