Overview
SMTSER NBC-0 inks Basis Weight meter (also known as ink injector) is a precision measurement tool for the printing industry. Its core use is accurate measurement and Basis Weight control inks, specifications are 12mm inner chest diameter, 10mm length, can achieve a minimum of 0.0012g micro measurement.
Features
1. Precision measurement: The smallest Measurement unit can reach 0.0012g, achieving High Accuracy inks Basis Weight.
2. Clear scale: with 0-50 grid main scale (0.06g per circle) and 0-10 grid fine Graduation (about 0.012g), the reading is intuitive.
3. Compact design: the size of the inner chest is 12mm in diameter x 10mm in length, and the structure is exquisite.
4. Easy to operate: specially designed for printing ink injection, easy to quickly and accurately control the amount of inks in the operation.
Principle
The inks Basis Weight meter adopts the principle of spiral propulsion. Through the adjustment knob at the end of the swirl/spin ink injector, the internal piston is pushed to move in the precision-machined cavity (inner body chest), so as to precisely control the discharge or inhalation of inks in the cavity. The scale is linked with the knob to convert the number of swirl/spin turns and grades into specific inks weights (grams) to achieve Basis Weight access.
Applications
Printing industry inks Basis Weight measurement, laboratory inks sample precision sampling, printing press ink injection control
Standards

Steps
1. Inject the inks to be tested into the inner thoracic body of the ink injector.
2. Slowly operate the equipment to completely discharge the air in the cavity until the inks overflow from the outlet to ensure that there are no bubbles in the cavity.
3. Precise Basis Weight access or measurement according to the required inks scale (e.g. 0-50 or 0-10) by swirl/spin adjustment knob.
Notice
* Be sure to completely drain the air in the cavity to the inks overflow before ink injection to ensure measurement accuracy.
* After use, it should be cleaned in time to prevent inks from drying up and clogging the precision cavity.
* Please handle it with care to avoid impact, so as not to affect the scale accuracy and the smoothness of the piston.
* This instrument is a precision measurement tool and should not be used with non-inks liquids or corrosive substances.
