Overview
GBJ-A fiber standard dissociator is a papermaking Industry specific equipment produced by CCYONGXIN, which meets the requirements of ISO5263-1979 standard and is used for wet dissociation of Pulp. The interwoven fibers are separated from each other in water by mechanical treatment to keep the original structure and properties of the fibers unchanged, ensure the reliability of experimental data, scientifically guide scientific research and production, and effectively utilize the puree.
Features
1. In line with ISO5263 - 1979 international standards
2. Designed for Pulp Dissociation in Paper Industry
3. Maintains the original structural properties of the fiber
4. Suitable for a variety of Pulp varieties
5. Control system is easy to operate
6. The container can be easily taken out and cleaned
Principle
The Pulp is mechanically treated in a container by Stirrer to separate the interlaced fibers in water, while maintaining the original structure of the fibers as unchanged as possible. Stirrer swirls/spins clockwise and completes the dissociation process at a specific number of revolutions and Frequency.
Applications
Pulp mills, R & D institutions, mass testing centers
Steps
1. Determine Pulp Amount, Soaking Time and Dissociation Volume according to Pulp Variety
Step 2 Put Pulp into Container
3. Set the preselected number of revolutions
4. Press the start button to start dissociation
5. Observe that the actual number of revolutions reaches the requirements and automatically stops
6. Lift the upper part of the main unit up and remove the Stirrer and container
Notice
• Pulp should be dissociated at 10,000 rpm when the dry mass is less than 20%
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 10~ 40 ℃
• environment relative humidity not exceeding 75% RH
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before operation
• Regularly check the distance between the Stirrer blade and the bottom of the container to maintain 25mm
