Principle
The instrument consists of a frame, a swirl/spin table and a 20W fluorescent tube. The specimen is placed on a plastic plate and irradiated by a 20W fluorescent lamp to observe the fiber bundles and Miscellaneous impurities that are significantly different from the color of the specimen surface, and compared with the dust standard picture.
Applications
Paper or Cardboard Dust Determination
Steps
1. Cut at least four 250 × 250mm samples according to GB/T450 regulations
2. Put the sample on the swirl/spin table, check the dust under the fluorescent lamp, the bright distance is 250~ 300mm, circle the dust with the mark and compare it with the standard picture
3. swirl/spin table 90 °, marking newly discovered dust, repeability swirl/spin to return to the initial position
4. Check the other side of the specimen
5. Check the remaining three samples in the same manner
Notice
• When the same dust penetrates the paper so that it can be seen on both sides, it should be calculated as two dusts
• Large dust Egyptian black dust needs to take a 5m ² sample for inspection
• Maintain a clear visual distance of 250~ 300mm when observing the eyes
• The calculation result should be taken as an integer or one decimal place as required
