Overview
NELE NLSC-5D super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, can choose room temperature~ 100 ℃, room temperature~ 200 ℃, room temperature~ 300 ℃ Temperature range
2. external circulation function, centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field
3. Capacity range from 5L to 100L, support non-standard customization
4. Integrated PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, large screen LCD display, Temperature resolution 0.01 ℃
5. The domestic circulation adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, and the porous U-shaped return design realizes a highly uniform temperature field
6. Mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting shell, S304 stainless steel liner and countertop
7. Humanized R rounded corner design to avoid operator injuries
8. The drainage system is convenient for laboratory fluid change
9. Safety protection includes power-off protection, temperature alarm, low water level protection, temperature loss protection, heating pipe anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature control by integrating PID automatic temperature Control system and High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, the domestic circulation system adopts non-heat centrifugal pump and porous U-shaped return design to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; the external circulation function leads out the thermostatic liquid through the centrifugal jet pump to establish an external thermostatic field.
