Overview
NELE NLSC-20A super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions. Temperature range of the equipment is RT +~ 200 ℃, Tank volume is 20L, using domestic circulation mode to ensure temperature stability.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, can choose room temperature~ 100 ℃, room temperature~ 200 ℃, room temperature~ 300 ℃ Temperature range;
2. external circulation function, the centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field;
3. The capacity range is diverse, including 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and supports non-standard customization;
4. Integrated PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AA level, large screen LCD display, resolution 0.01 ℃;
5. The domestic circulation adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped reflux design to achieve a highly uniform flow field and temperature field;
6. The fuselage shell mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting, liner and table are made of S304 brushed panel stainless steel;
7. Humanized R rounded corner design to avoid operator injuries.
8. The drainage system is convenient for fluid exchange.
9. Safety protection devices include power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm, low water level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, low water level heating pipe anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions.
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature regulation by integrating PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system adopts the principle of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return to ensure uniform and stable flow field and temperature field in the tank. The external circulation function controls the external experimental vessel by directing the thermostatic liquid outward through the centrifugal jet circulation pump.
