Overview
NELE NLSC-30D super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, and as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, can choose room temperature~ 100 ℃, room temperature~ 200 ℃, room temperature~ 300 ℃ Temperature range.
2. external circulation function, centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the thermostatic liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field.
3. The capacity range is diverse, including 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard customization is supported.
4. Temperature control function, integrated with a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AA level, equipped with a large screen high-brightness LCD screen, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure stable temperature.
5. The domestic circulation function, the use of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, to avoid its own heat impact temperature field, porous U-shaped return circulation design to achieve turbulence and high uniformity.
6. The fuselage shell adopts mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed panel stainless steel.
7. Fine workmanship of the chassis front panel and countertop, unique user-friendly R rounded corner design, to avoid operator injuries.
8. The drainage system meets the needs of various laboratories and enterprises for production fluid replacement.
9. Safety protection device includes power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm, low water level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, heating pipe low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions.
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature control by integrating PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and the domestic circulation system adopts the principle of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return circulation to ensure the turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function leads the thermostatic liquid outside through the centrifugal jet circulation pump to establish a second thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Select Temperature range and water oil mode as needed.
2. Turn on the device and set the temperature parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
3. Start domestic circulation or external circulation function to ensure uniform distribution of thermostatic liquid.
4. Monitor Temperature Stability and Security Alarm Status.
5. After use, change the liquid through the drainage system.
Notice
• Check the water level before use to avoid dry burning due to low water levels.
• Regularly monitor the temperature alarm function to prevent temperature runaway.
• Pay attention to the edges and corners of the equipment when operating, and use R rounded corner design to avoid injury.
• Ensure the normal operation of the circulation system to avoid affecting the uniformity of the temperature field.
• Follow the operation guide of the drainage system when changing the liquid.
