Overview
NELE NLSC-40 super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic device, widely used in chemical, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, and as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions. The product has the characteristics of water-oil dual-use, Temperature range from room temperature to 100 ℃, Tank volume is 40L, using external circulation mode to ensure Temperature Uniformity of +/- 0.05 ℃.

Principle
The device realizes accurate temperature regulation by integrating PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system adopts the principle of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return to ensure uniform flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function leads the thermostatic liquid outward through the centrifugal jet circulation pump to control the external experimental vessel. Safety protection mechanism includes a variety of alarm and anti-dry burning functions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check the device status
2. Select water or oil as the medium as needed and add it to the Tank
3. Set the target temperature and control parameters
4. Start Equipment, Monitor Temperature Stability and Circulation System
5. When using the external circulation function, connect the external container
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and drain the liquid
7. Regularly clean and maintain equipment

• Make sure the power supply is connected correctly before use to avoid the risk of leakage
• Pay attention to the water level when adding liquid to prevent dry burning at low water level
• Do not exceed the maximum range of the device when setting the temperature to avoid temperature runaway
Safety protection functions such as alarm system are checked regularly
• Avoid contact with high temperature parts during operation, use R rounded corner design to reduce damage
• Ensure pipeline sealing during external circulation connection to prevent leakage
• Use appropriate tools when cleaning to avoid damaging the stainless steel surface
• If it is not used for a long time, the liquid should be emptied and stored without power.
