NELE NLSC-50A super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent experimental equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions.

Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature control through the integration of PID automatic temperature Control system and High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, the domestic circulation system adopts non-heat centrifugal pump and porous U-shaped return design to ensure uniform flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function uses the centrifugal jet circulation pump to lead the thermostatic liquid outside to establish a second thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Select Temperature range (room temperature~ 100 ℃, room temperature~ 200 ℃ or room temperature~ 300 ℃)
2. Set domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed
3. Set the target temperature through the large-screen LCD screen, and use the PID automatic control program to control the temperature
4. Optional functions such as extended external PT100 Sensor, program temperature control, Communication interface, etc
5. Use the drainage system for liquid change operation
6. Safety protection device status monitoring to ensure safe operation of equipment

• Pay attention to the water level to avoid dry burning or alarm due to low water level
• Regularly check the temperature runaway protection function to ensure its effectiveness
• Avoid touching the edges and corners of the chassis during operation, and use R rounded corner design to reduce the risk of injury
• Make sure the external system is connected correctly during external circulation to prevent liquid leakage
• When selecting a magnetic stirring system, pay attention to sample sealing to reduce fog loss
• When using the chill down coil, ensure that the rapid cooling operation meets the experimental requirements
