Overview
NELE NLSC-100A super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, Temperature range can be selected from room temperature to 100 ℃, 200 ℃ or 300 ℃.
2. The external circulation function, through the centrifugal jet circulation pump to the thermostatic liquid outside the tank, to establish a second thermostatic field.
3. The capacity range is diverse, including 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard customization is supported.
4. Integrated PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AA level, large screen high-brightness LCD display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure stable temperature.
5. The domestic circulation function adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to avoid its own heat generation affecting the temperature field. The porous U-shaped return circulation design realizes turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field.
6. The fuselage shell adopts mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed panel stainless steel.
7. The front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and the R rounded corner design avoids operator injuries.
8. The drainage system meets the needs of various laboratories and enterprises for production fluid replacement.
9. Safety protection devices include power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm, low water level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, low water level heating pipe anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions.
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature control by integrating PID automatic temperature Control system and High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, and the domestic circulation system adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return design to ensure that the flow field and temperature field in the tank are uniform and stable; the external circulation function uses the centrifugal jet pump to lead the thermostatic liquid to control the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to demand and set the required Temperature range.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and set the temperature parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
3. Start domestic circulation or external circulation function to ensure uniform flow of thermostatic liquid.
4. Monitor the temperature display to ensure stability at the set value.
5. After use, change the liquid or clean it through the water drainage system.

• Check the water level before use to avoid low water level operation to prevent dry burning.
• Safety protection device is maintained regularly to ensure normal functions such as power failure and temperature alarm.
• Pay attention to the rounded corner design of the chassis R during operation to avoid accidental injury.
