Overview
NELE NLSC-100D super thermostatic water (oil) tank is an intelligent thermostatic equipment, widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, biology, physical chemistry, Measurement control, electronic instrument processing and other fields, as a basic experimental instrument in Universities & colleges, research institutes and enterprises and institutions.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, Temperature range optional room temperature~ 100 ℃, room temperature~ 200 ℃, room temperature~ 300 ℃.
2. external circulation function, centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the thermostatic liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field.
3. The capacity range is diverse, including 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and non-standard customization is supported.
4. Integrate a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AA level, large screen high-brightness LCD display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure temperature stability.
5. The domestic circulation function adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped reflux circulation principle design to achieve turbulence and high uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
6. The fuselage shell adopts mirror anti-aging electrostatic spray painting technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed panel stainless steel.
7. Humanized R fillet design structure to avoid operators being injured by edges and corners.
8. The drainage system meets the needs of various laboratories and enterprises for production fluid replacement.
9. Safety protection device includes power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm, low water level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, heating pipe low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions.
Principle
The equipment realizes accurate temperature adjustment by integrating PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system adopts the principle of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return circulation to ensure uniform flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function uses the centrifugal jet circulation pump to lead the thermostatic liquid outside to control the external experimental vessel.
