Overview
The NELE DC-3020 (vertical) Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a fluorine-free refrigeration system and imported core components for stable and reliable performance. The equipment provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature, which is suitable for constant temperature testing or testing of specimens or products. It can also be used as a temperature source for auxiliary heating or cooling, such as temperature control for Reaction Kettles, fully automatic synthesis instruments, extraction and condensation units.
Features
1. Fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFCs.
2. Temperature range -30~ 100 ° C, optional media include pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.
3. Integrated PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, digital display resolution 0.01 ° C.
4. The domestic circulation adopts non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped reflux design to ensure uniform temperature field.
5. The shell is anti-aging static spray, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
6. Humanized R rounded corner design to avoid operator injuries.
7. Equipped with a water drainage system for easy fluid exchange.
8. Multiple Safety protection: power-off protection, temperature alarm, low water level protection, temperature loss protection, anti-dry burning and explosion-proof, Compressor overheating and overcurrent protection.
Principle
Low Temperature Circulating Bath precisely adjusts the temperature of the liquid in the tank through a fluorine-free refrigeration system and a PID automatic temperature control program. The domestic circulation system adopts a heat-free centrifugal pump and a porous U-shaped return design to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field, ensuring a stable test environment.
