Overview
NELE DC-5015 (Vertical) Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a fluorine-free refrigeration system, the main components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. The equipment provides users with a controlled hot and cold, uniform and constant temperature liquid environment when working, and can be used for direct heating or cooling, as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source.
Features
1. Fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, no CFC
2. Temperature range -60~ 100 ° C, medium according to Temperature range, pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc
3. Built-in integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor
4. Large screen highlight LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ° C
5. Adopt a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the traditional water pump from affecting the temperature field of the tank due to its own heat production
6. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel
7. Humanized R rounded corner design structure to avoid operators being injured by edges and corners
8. Safety protection device
Principle
Low Temperature Circulating Bath achieves precise temperature control through a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and a PID automatic temperature control program. Using a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a domestic circulation system, the porous U-shaped return circulation principle is designed to achieve turbulence and high uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, biological engineering, life science, light industry food, physical property testing, chemical analysis and other research departments, colleges and universities, enterprise Quality control and production departments
