Overview
NELE GH-5 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control, combined with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, to achieve turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of various thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The equipment is controlled by an integrated intelligent instrument with built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AAA level, and adopts a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program to achieve accurate temperature adjustment. The domestic circulation system adopts the principle of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return circulation to ensure the turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank, and avoids the traditional pump's own heat generation affecting the temperature field.
