Overview
NELE GH-5A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for High Accuracy thermostatic requirements of Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control, combined with non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, to achieve high uniformity of flow field and temperature field in the tank, digital display resolution up to 0.0001 ℃, widely used in thermometer, thermistor and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instrument calibrated standard, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, Temperature range can be selected from room temperature to 100 ° C (water), room temperature to 200 ° C (oil), room temperature to 300 ° C (oil);

5. The fuselage shell is anti-aging static spray, the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel, and the humanized R rounded corner design avoids operation damage;
6. Safety protection device includes power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm, low water level protection and alarm, temperature loss protection and alarm, low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions;

Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts the temperature through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and the porous U-shaped return circulation system are used to realize the turbulent circulation of the fluid in the tank, ensure the high uniformity of the temperature field and flow field, and avoid the influence of the traditional pump's own heat production on the temperature field.
