NELE GH-5D ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulent and highly uniform flow and temperature fields in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of various thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device controls the temperature through an integrated smart meter, with a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor for real-time monitoring, and a new generation of PID automatic temperature control programs to ensure accurate temperature control. At the same time, a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump drives the domestic circulation system. Based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, the fluid in the tank forms turbulence and realizes a highly uniform distribution of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to the needs, and set the corresponding Temperature range (such as room temperature~ 100 ℃ water, room temperature~ 200 ℃ oil, room temperature~ 300 ℃ oil).
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure that the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump works normally.
4. Monitor Temperature Display to Ensure Digital Display Resolution 0.0001 ℃ and Temperature Stability.
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the device.
