Overview
NELE GH-10 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of various thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device achieves accurate temperature regulation through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return circulation principle to promote uniform flow of the medium in the tank, avoid local heat accumulation, and ensure a highly stable and uniform temperature field.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to demand and set the Temperature range.
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform flow of media.
4. Monitor the temperature display and alarm function to ensure stable operation.
5. Turn off the power after use and perform cleaning and maintenance.
