Overview
NELE GH-10D ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control, combined with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank, with a digital display resolution of up to 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments. Calibrate standards, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device uses an integrated intelligent meter for temperature control, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AAA level, and realizes accurate temperature regulation through PID automatic temperature control program. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the domestic circulation system, based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to demand, and set the Temperature range
2. Turn on the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform flow field
4. Monitor Temperature Stability and Safety protection functions, and deal with abnormalities in time
5. After use, turn off the equipment and clean it for maintenance
