NELE GH-15 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is specially developed for the High Accuracy thermostatic requirements of Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure that the flow field and temperature field in the tank are highly uniform, and the digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ℃. It is widely used in thermometers, thermistors and other temperature measurement instruments. Calibrating standards, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The equipment achieves accurate temperature regulation through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the domestic circulation system, and adopts the porous U-shaped return circulation principle to ensure uniform fluid flow and temperature distribution in the tank, avoiding traditional water pump heat production affecting the temperature field.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to demand and set the Temperature range.
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen.
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform fluid circulation.
4. Monitor the temperature display and alarm function to ensure stable operation.
5. Turn off the equipment after use and drain it for cleaning.
