Overview
NELE GH-20A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments. Calibrate standards, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device adopts an integrated intelligent meter temperature control system with a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, which realizes accurate temperature regulation through a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the domestic circulation system, which is based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation to ensure that the flow field and temperature field in the tank reach a turbulent state and a high degree of uniformity.
