Overview
NELE GH-20D ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for High Accuracy thermostatic needs of Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ℃, and the performance is at the international top level. It is widely used in the calibration standards of thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments.

Principle
The device uses an integrated smart meter for PID automatic temperature control, and a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time. The domestic circulation system is driven by a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, and based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, the fluid in the tank forms turbulence, ensuring a highly uniform temperature field and achieving accurate thermostatic.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium and set the Temperature range according to demand
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform fluid circulation
4. Monitor the temperature display, and the automatic PID temperature control of the device remains stable
5. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment
Notice
• Check the water level before use to avoid low water level operation to prevent dry burning
• Regularly maintain the domestic circulation system to ensure the normal operation of the non-heat centrifugal pump
• Pay attention to the edges and corners of the equipment when operating, and use R rounded corner design to avoid injury
• Set the upper and lower limit temperature alarms to prevent temperature runaway
• Safety protection function is confirmed after power failure
• Select the appropriate Temperature range according to the medium type (water or oil) to avoid over-limit use
