Overview
The NELE GH-30 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of various thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device realizes PID automatic temperature control through an integrated smart meter, and has a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time. The domestic circulation system is driven by a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump. Based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, the fluid in the tank forms turbulence to ensure a highly uniform temperature field, thereby maintaining a thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Select water or oil as the medium according to demand, and set the corresponding Temperature range
2. Turn on the power of the device and set the target temperature and control parameters through the large-screen LCD screen
3. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform fluid circulation
4. Monitor the temperature display, the device automatically adjusts to maintain thermostatic
5. After use, turn off the power and drain the water (if necessary).
