Overview
NELE GH-30A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for departments with high requirements for thermostatic accuracy such as Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and Scientific Research Institutes. It adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a non-heat centrifugal circulating pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The equipment adopts an integrated smart meter for temperature control, and the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time. The heating system is adjusted through the PID automatic control program to ensure temperature stability. The domestic circulation system uses a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump, combined with the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, to promote fluid turbulence in the tank and achieve a highly uniform distribution of the temperature field.
