Overview
The NELE GH-40 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for applications with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy in Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes. The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent instrument for temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device monitors and regulates the temperature in the tank in real time through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system is driven by a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, which is based on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation to ensure uniform fluid flow and temperature distribution in the tank, achieving ultra-high accuracy thermostatic control.
