Overview
NELE GH-40A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy. It adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control, equipped with a non-heat centrifugal circulating pump, to achieve turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank, digital display resolution up to 0.0001 ℃, widely used in thermometer, thermistor and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instrument calibration standards, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device achieves precise temperature regulation through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The use of a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return circulation principle ensures uniform fluid flow in the tank and avoids uneven heat, thus maintaining a thermostatic environment.
