NELE GH-50 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is a device developed for Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments. Principle
The device uses an integrated smart meter for temperature control, a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and a PID automatic control program to adjust the heating system. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the medium to circulate in the tank, and combines the porous U-shaped return circulation principle to achieve turbulence and highly uniform distribution of the flow field and temperature field, ensuring temperature Stability and accuracy.
