Overview
NELE GH-50A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is a device specially developed for High Accuracy thermostatic needs of Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. It adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The equipment adopts an integrated intelligent meter temperature control system with a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, which precisely adjusts the temperature through the PID automatic temperature control program. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the domestic circulation system, which is based on the principle of porous U-shaped reflux circulation to ensure uniform fluid flow and temperature distribution in the tank, and realizes a highly stable thermostatic environment.
