Overview
NELE GH-50D ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for High Accuracy thermostatic requirements of Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and scientific research institutes. The equipment adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to ensure the high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution is as high as 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibrating standards of thermometers, thermistors and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instruments, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system uses a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return circulation principle to ensure uniform fluid flow in the tank and avoid heat accumulation, thus achieving a highly stable and uniform temperature field.
