NELE GH-100 ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and other departments and research institutes with extremely high requirements for thermostatic accuracy. It adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control, equipped with non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of flow field and temperature field in the tank, digital display resolution up to 0.0001 ℃, widely used in various thermometer, thermistor and Miscellaneous temperature measurement instrument calibration standards, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

Principle
The device achieves precise temperature control through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, and has a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor temperature. The use of a non-thermal centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return circulation principle makes the fluid in the tank form turbulence and ensures a highly uniform temperature field.
