Overview
NELE GH-100A ultra-high accuracy thermostatic water and oil tank is developed for Measurement, Electronics, Chemical Industry, Environmental Protection, Energy, Refining, Metallurgy, Light Industry, Military Industry and Scientific Research Institutes and other High Accuracy thermostatic requirements. It adopts integrated intelligent instrument temperature control and is equipped with a non-heat centrifugal circulating pump to ensure turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank. The digital display resolution reaches 0.0001 ° C. It is widely used in the calibration standards of temperature measurement instruments such as thermometers and thermistors, and can be designed as an automatic detection and sorting device.

1. Water and oil dual-use: room temperature~ 100 ° C (water), room temperature~ 200 ° C (oil), room temperature~ 300 ° C (oil) can be selected.
2. Temperature control: Integrated PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AAA level, large screen high-brightness LCD screen in Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.0001 ℃.
3. Capacity range: Provide 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L standard capacity, support non-standard customization.
4. The domestic circulation function: the use of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, to avoid its own heat impact temperature field, porous U-shaped return circulation design to achieve flow field and temperature field turbulence and highly uniform.

Principle
The equipment precisely adjusts the temperature through an integrated smart meter and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor. The domestic circulation system is driven by a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, based on the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, to ensure uniform fluid flow and temperature distribution in the tank, and to achieve a highly stable thermostatic environment.
