Overview
YONGLIDA QGZ-24 automatic paint film drying time tester adopts a circular trajectory scribing design, which is mainly used to measure the drying time of paint film and putty film. The instrument is equipped with four kinds of scribing needles with different radii, and the trajectory period is 24 hours/rev.

Principle
The instrument makes a circular trajectory movement on the surface of the sample through four different radii of the scribing needle, and judges the drying state of the paint film and putty film by observing the change of the scribing needle trajectory, and completes the determination of the drying time.

Steps
1. Prepare 200 × 200 × (0.2~ 3) mm size specimens
2. Select the appropriate scribing needle specification
3. Start the instrument for circular trajectory testing
4. Observe the change of the scribing track
5. Record drying time data
