Overview
NELE GDH-2006 Ultra high accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control equipment, providing a wide Temperature range of -20~ 100 ℃, using a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, equipped with High Accuracy PID automatic temperature control program and large screen LCD display to ensure accurate and stable temperature control. The equipment has a variety of capacity options, and the domestic circulation system adopts a non-heat centrifugal pump and U-shaped return design to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank.

Principle
The equipment adopts an integrated new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, and the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in the tank in real time, and cooperates with a large-screen LCD display system to achieve accurate temperature control. The domestic circulation system adopts a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return circulation principle to ensure that the flow field and temperature field in the tank achieve a turbulent state and a highly uniform distribution.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate medium (pure water, ethylene glycol alcohol) according to the required Temperature range
2. Check the water level of the equipment to ensure that it is within a safe range
3. Set the target temperature and control parameters
4. Start the device and observe the temperature display and operating status
5. Turn off the device according to the specified procedures after use
