Overview
NELE GDH-2030 is an ultra-high accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath, Temperature range -20~ 100 ℃, Tank volume 30L, using fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and High Accuracy temperature control technology to ensure Temperature Uniformity of +/- 0.0050 ℃, suitable for experimental environments requiring precise temperature control.
Features
1. Fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, using imported brands of France Taikang or Japan Panasonic.
2. Integrate a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor AAA level, digital display resolution 0.0001 ℃, accurate and stable temperature control.
3. Capacity optional 6L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, support non-standard customization.
4. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump is used to avoid the traditional water pump from affecting the temperature field of the tank due to its own heat generation. The domestic circulation system is designed with the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation to achieve turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field in the tank.
5. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
6. The front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and a humanized R-rounded design structure is adopted to avoid the operator being injured by edges and corners.
7. Equipped with multiple Safety protection devices: power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm setting, low water level protection and alarm, temperature runaway protection and alarm, heating device low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions, Compressor overheating and overcurrent multiple protection.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath integrates PID automatic temperature control program and High Accuracy PT100 Sensor to monitor and adjust temperature in real time, using a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to drive the domestic circulation system, based on the porous U-shaped return circulation principle, to ensure uniform fluid and temperature distribution in the tank, combined with fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, to achieve fast and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Check whether the power supply and cable of the device are normal.
2. Select the appropriate medium (such as pure water or ethylene glycol alcohol) according to the Temperature range and inject it into the tank to the appropriate water level.
3. Turn on the power and set the target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the large LCD screen.
4. Start the domestic circulation system to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
5. Monitor the operating status of the equipment and pay attention to whether the Safety protection function is normal.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Make sure the water level is sufficient before use to avoid dry burning or alarm caused by low water level operation.
• Regularly check the Compressor and circulation pump status to prevent overheating or overcurrent.
• Set the temperature upper and lower limit alarms to prevent temperature runaway.
• Pay attention to the rounded corner design of the chassis R during operation to avoid accidental injury.
• Keep the equipment clean and clean up the residual medium in time after use.
