Overview
NELE GDH-20100 Ultra-high accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system. Temperature range -20~ 100 ℃ is optional. It is equipped with High Accuracy PID automatic temperature control program and a large-screen LCD screen to ensure accurate and stable temperature control. The equipment capacity can be selected from 6L to 100L, and non-standard customization is supported. The domestic circulation system adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return design to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field.

Principle
The equipment realizes temperature control through a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, with a built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time, and an integrated PID automatic control program to precisely adjust the temperature. The non-heat centrifugal circulation pump is used to drive the medium circulation, and the porous U-shaped return design makes the flow field and temperature field in the tank reach a turbulent state to ensure Temperature Uniformity +/- 0.0050 ℃.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Temperature range and medium (pure water, ethylene glycol alcohol) according to the experimental requirements
2. Check the water level of the equipment to ensure that it is within a safe range
3. Set the target temperature and set the parameters through the large-screen LCD screen
4. Start the device and observe the temperature stability
5. Turn off the device according to the procedures after use
