The high temperature circulator is a high temperature heating source independently developed and designed by NELE brand, which is suitable for jacket Reaction Kettle, chemical pilot reaction high temperature distillation, semiconductor industry and other fields.
Features
1. Water-oil dual-use: can be arbitrarily set in the room temperature to 300 ℃ Temperature range, the medium is pure water or methyl silicone oil.
2. external circulation function: high temperature centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the thermostatic liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field, control the external experimental vessel, lift 5 meters.
3. Temperature control function: Integrate a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with a high-brightness LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure stable operation.
4. Capacity range: Provide 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L standard capacity, support non-standard customization.
5. The domestic circulation function: the use of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, to avoid the influence of traditional pump self-heating temperature field; porous U-shaped return circulation design to achieve a highly uniform flow field and temperature field turbulence.
6. Material and design: the shell is anti-aging electrostatic spray, the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel; the front panel and countertop of the fine chassis are designed with humanized rounded corners to avoid operation injuries.

Principle
The high temperature circulator precisely adjusts the temperature through the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system, and uses the domestic circulation system (non-heat centrifugal circulation pump and porous U-shaped return design) to achieve a high degree of uniformity in the flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function is through the high temperature centrifugal jet circulation pump.
