Overview
The high temperature circulator is a high temperature heating source independently developed and designed by NELE company, which is suitable for jacket Reaction Kettle, chemical pilot reaction high temperature distillation, semiconductor industry and other fields.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use: can be arbitrarily set in the room temperature~ 300 ℃ Temperature range (medium pure water or methyl silicone oil).
2. External circulation function: high temperature centrifugal jet circulating pump can establish a second thermostatic field of thermostatic liquid in the outer lead tank, control the external experimental vessel, lift 5 meters.
3. Temperature control function: Integrate a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with a high-brightness LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
4. Capacity range: Provide 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L standard capacity, and can also design and produce non-standard products according to user requirements.
5. The domestic circulation function: the use of non-heat centrifugal circulation pump, to avoid the traditional pump's own heat generation affecting the temperature field of the tank; porous U-shaped return circulation design to achieve flow field and temperature field turbulence and high uniformity.
6. Material and design: The shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spraying technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel; the front panel and countertop of the chassis are finely crafted, and the humanized rounded corner design avoids the operator from being injured by the edges and corners.
7. Safety protection device: including power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm setting, low water level protection and alarm, temperature loss protection and alarm, low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions of heating device.
Principle
The high temperature circulator precisely adjusts the temperature through the built-in PID automatic temperature Control system, and uses the non-heat centrifugal circulation pump of the domestic circulation system and the porous U-shaped return design to ensure that the flow field and temperature field in the tank are uniform; the external circulation function is to introduce the thermostatic liquid through the high temperature centrifugal jet circulation pump to establish an external thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Select the medium (pure water or methyl silicone oil) according to the needs and set the Temperature range (room temperature~ 300 ℃).
2. Start the device and set the target temperature through the PID Control system.
3. If external circulation is required, connect the external experimental vessel and start the circulation pump.
4. Monitor the operating status of the equipment to ensure that the Safety protection function is normal.
Notice
• Ensure that the medium liquid level is sufficient before use to avoid dry burning of the equipment due to low water level.
• Safety protection devices such as power-off protection and temperature alarm functions are checked regularly.
• Pay attention to the high temperature surface of the equipment during operation to avoid burns.
• Ensure that the connection pipe is well sealed during external circulation to prevent leakage.
