The high temperature circulator is a high temperature heating source independently developed and designed by NELE company, which is suitable for jacket Reaction Kettle, chemical pilot reaction high temperature distillation, semiconductor industry and other fields.
Features
1. Water and oil dual-use, can be arbitrarily set in the room temperature to 300 ℃ Temperature range, the medium is pure water or methyl silicone oil.
2. external circulation function, high temperature centrifugal jet circulation pump can lead the thermostatic liquid outside the tank to establish a second thermostatic field, control the external experimental vessel, lift 5 meters.
3. Temperature control function, integrated with a new generation of PID automatic temperature control program, equipped with high-brightness LCD screen, Chinese and English display, digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
4. Wide capacity range, including 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, and can be customized for non-standard products.

The domestic circulation function adopts a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to avoid the traditional water pump's own heat generation affecting the temperature field of the tank body; the porous U-shaped return circulation design realizes turbulence and high uniformity of the flow field and temperature field.
6. The fuselage shell adopts anti-aging electrostatic spray technology, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel.
7. Fine workmanship of the chassis front panel and countertop, combined with user-friendly rounded corner design, to avoid operators being injured by edges and corners.
8. Safety protection device includes power-off protection, upper and lower limit temperature alarm setting, low water level protection and alarm, temperature loss protection and alarm, heating device low water level anti-dry burning and explosion-proof functions.
Principle
The high temperature circulator precisely adjusts the temperature through the integrated PID automatic temperature control program, and uses the domestic circulation system to realize the uniform distribution of the flow field and temperature field in the tank; the external circulation function introduces the thermostatic liquid through the high temperature centrifugal jet circulation pump, and establishes a second thermostatic field to control the external experimental vessel.
