Overview
YONGLIDA QHQ-A Portable Pencil hardness tester is a manual Portable instrument for measuring film Hardness, divided into three models: 500g, 750g, 1000g. Mainly used to measure film Hardness indicators, suitable for laboratories and construction sites, film Hardness can be inspected in any direction, in line with GB/T6739 standards.
Features
1. Portable design, easy to carry and use
2. Manual operation, simple and convenient
3. Hardness inspection in any direction
4. Provide three different load models to choose from
5. Suitable for various environments in laboratories and construction sites
Principle
The hardness gauge makes the pencil lead contact with the tested surface at a 45 ° test angle by applying a specific load (1000g), and determines the Hardness index of the film by a three-point contact method (roller, pencil lead).
Applications
Film Hardness Determination, Laboratory Testing, Construction Site Inspection
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate type of hardness gauge
2. Place the hardness gauge on the tested surface
3. Test at a 45 ° angle
4. Apply 1000g load
5. Hardness measurement by three-point contact
6. Read and record test results
Notice
• Confirm that the load is 1 +/- 0.05kg before use
• Make sure the test angle is 45 °
• Maintain three-point contact (roller, pencil lead) with the tested surface
• Suitable for film hardness testing according to GB/T6739 standard
• Note that different models correspond to different load requirements
