NELE DC-0520 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It provides a controlled, uniform and constant temperature liquid environment for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It can be used for direct thermostatic testing of samples or as an auxiliary heat/cold source to control temperature for equipment such as Reaction Kettle, synthetic instruments, extraction and condensation units.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and feeds the signal back to the integrated new generation PID automatic temperature control program. The Control system precisely adjusts the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve fast and stable temperature control. At the same time, the equipment uses a non-heat centrifugal circulation pump to drive domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, the liquid in the tank forms turbulence, ensuring a high degree of temperature uniformity throughout the working area.
