It can be directly used for sample thermostatic testing or as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source for external equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Device.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and transmits the signal to the integrated new generation PID automatic temperature Control system. The system intelligently adjusts the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve accurate temperature control. At the same time, the equipment uses a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to drive the liquid for domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, the liquid in the tank is fully turbulent and mixed, thus ensuring a high degree of uniformity and stability of the temperature in the entire working area.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) to inject the Tank to the appropriate liquid level according to the required Temperature range.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the target temperature and required control parameters (e.g. alarm upper and lower limits) through the control panel.
4. Start the refrigeration or heating system and the circulating pump, and the equipment starts working.
5. Put the sample to be tested or the external device connection pipe to be controlled into the tank or connect it to the circulation interface.
6. Monitor the temperature displayed on the screen. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment or test can be started.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and use the water drainage system to replace or empty the liquid in the tank as needed.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Choose and inject an appropriate amount of medium according to the Temperature range to avoid low water level operation and prevent dry burning from damaging the heater.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends, and ensure that it is well ventilated to facilitate heat dissipation.
• It is forbidden to start the circulating pump when the medium in the tank is frozen to avoid damage to the pump body.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the liquid.
• Regularly inspect and clean equipment liners and filtrate nets to maintain optimum performance.
• If the external circulation function is optional, please ensure that the external circulation pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• When the device alarm function is triggered, please immediately identify the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment by themselves.
