Overview
NELE DC-2015 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses fluorine-free refrigeration system and imported main components for stable and reliable performance. It provides users with a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature, suitable for direct heating or cooling, and as an auxiliary temperature source for temperature control of Reaction Kettle, synthetic instruments and other equipment.
Features
1. Digital display resolution 0.01 ℃, temperature fluctuation +/- 0.05 ℃
2. Fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, no CFC
3. Built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and new generation PID automatic temperature control program
4. Heat-free centrifugal circulating pump to achieve highly uniform flow and temperature fields
5. The fuselage shell is anti-aging static spray, and the liner and countertop are made of S304 brushed stainless steel
6. Humanized R rounded corner design to avoid operator injuries
7. Safety protection devices, including power-off protection, temperature alarm, low water level protection, etc
8. Optional functions, such as External Sensor, Program Temperature Control, Communication interface, etc
Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath uses a fluorine-free refrigeration system and PID automatic temperature control program, combined with the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, to achieve precise temperature regulation. A heat-free centrifugal circulation pump and a porous U-shaped return cycle design ensure uniform temperature distribution within the tank.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physics, chemistry, bioengineering, life sciences, light industrial food, physical property testing, chemical analysis
Notice
• Make sure the water level is sufficient before use and avoid dry burning at low water level
• Safety protection function is checked regularly
Temperature range according to select the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol)
• Be careful to avoid being injured by the edges and corners of the equipment when operating
