Overview
NELE DC-2050 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a high Accuracy temperature control device using a fluorine-free environmentally friendly refrigeration system. Its core components are directly imported and the performance is stable and reliable. The device can provide users with a liquid environment with uniform temperature and constant temperature. It is suitable for direct thermostatic testing of specimens or products. It can also be used as an auxiliary heat or cold source to provide precise temperature control for Reaction Kettles, synthetic instruments, extraction and condensation units.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system precisely controls the working state of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value, so as to realize the fast and stable adjustment of the liquid temperature in the tank. At the same time, the non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the liquid for domestic circulation, and the porous U-shaped return design makes the flow field and temperature field in the tank highly uniform.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) to inject the Tank to the appropriate liquid level according to the required Temperature range.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the target temperature and Miscellaneous related parameters through the large-screen LCD screen, using the Chinese and English interface.
4. Start the refrigeration or heating system and domestic circulation pump, and the equipment starts to work.
5. Place the sample to be tested or processed in the Tank, or connect an external device (such as a Reaction Kettle) for cyclic temperature control.
6. During the experiment, the temperature status can be monitored in real time through the display screen.
7. After use, turn off the power of the equipment, and use the drainage system to discharge the liquid in the Tank as needed.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate circulating medium according to the device model and Temperature range.
• Before use, make sure that the liquid level is not lower than the safe range to prevent the low water level protection from triggering or the heater from dry burning.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and drain the liquid.
• Regularly check and clean the inside of the equipment to prevent impurities from affecting the circulation and temperature control accuracy.
• If an external Sensor or communication function is selected, please connect and set it correctly according to the instructions.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm prompt information before using it.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
