Overview
NELE DC-20100 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It is used in research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature. It can be used for direct thermostatic testing of samples or as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source for external equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Device.

Principle
The Low Temperature Circulating Bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor, and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system precisely controls the operation of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed and environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and stable temperature adjustment. At the same time, the equipment uses a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to drive the liquid for domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, the liquid in the tank is fully turbulent, ensuring a high degree of uniformity of temperature throughout the working area.
