Overview
NELE DC-3050 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a high Accuracy temperature control equipment using fluorine-free refrigeration system and imported key components. It is used for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with cold and heat control and uniform temperature. It can be used for direct thermostatic testing of samples or as an auxiliary heat/cold source to control the temperature of Reaction Kettle, synthesis equipment, extraction and condensation equipment.
Features
1. Adopt a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system, free of CFCs.

Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system intelligently adjusts the working status of the refrigeration system (fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor) or heating system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve fast and accurate temperature control. At the same time, the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump drives the liquid in the tank for domestic circulation. Through the porous U-shaped return design, the liquid is fully mixed to ensure the uniformity and Stability of the temperature field in the entire Tank.
