NELE DC-4010 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It is used for research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature. It can be directly used for sample thermostatic testing or testing, and can also be used as an auxiliary heating or cooling temperature source for external equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Device.

Principle
The equipment uses a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and heating system to precisely control the temperature rise and fall of the liquid medium in the tank. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the integrated PID automatic temperature control program, which maintains the set temperature by adjusting the cooling or Heating power. At the same time, the equipment uses a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to drive the liquid. Through the principle of porous U-shaped return circulation, the liquid in the tank forms turbulence, so as to achieve a high degree of uniformity and stability of temperature throughout the working area.
