Overview
NELE DC-4015 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system and imported core components, with stable and reliable performance. It is used in research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with controlled heat and cold and uniform temperature. It can be used for direct thermostatic testing of samples or as an auxiliary heating/cooling temperature source for external equipment such as Reaction Kettle, Synthesis Instrument, Extraction and Condensation Unit.

Principle
The equipment heats or cools the liquid medium in the tank through a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and heating device. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and is precisely adjusted by an integrated PID automatic temperature control program. At the same time, the equipment uses a heat-free centrifugal circulation pump to drive the liquid. Through a porous U-shaped return circulation design, turbulence is formed in the tank to ensure a highly uniform and stable temperature field throughout the working area.
