Principle
The equipment heats or cools the liquid medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) in the tank through the fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and heating device. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the medium temperature in real time and feeds back the signal to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system makes the medium temperature quickly reach and stabilize at the set value by precisely adjusting the refrigeration or Heating power. At the same time, the non-heat centrifugal circulation pump drives the medium to force circulation in the tank through the porous U-shaped return path to ensure a highly uniform temperature throughout the working area.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate liquid medium according to the required Temperature range and inject the Tank to the appropriate water level.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the target temperature value through the device control panel or display screen.
4. Start the cooling or heating system and domestic circulation pump.
5. The equipment runs automatically, and the PID system adjusts and stabilizes the medium temperature at the set value.
6. After the temperature is stable, the sample to be tested or the external equipment pipeline to be controlled can be placed into the Tank or connected to the external circulation interface.
7. After use, turn off the equipment according to the procedures and drain the liquid through the drainage system if necessary.
Notice
* Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
* Correctly select the corresponding liquid medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the set Temperature range.
When injecting liquid, do not exceed the maximum allowable water level and ensure that the water level is not lower than safety requirements to prevent low water level alarm or heater dry burn.
* During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good ventilation for heat dissipation.
* Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
* Do not use strong corrosion or flammable and explosive liquid medium in the tank.
* Regularly check and clean the equipment, keep the liner and circulation line clean, and prevent impurity blockage.
* If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid tank and store the equipment in a drying and ventilated place.
When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm prompts (such as temperature overrun, low water level, etc.) before using it.
* When expanding functions (such as external Sensor, program temperature control, etc.), please ensure that the options are compatible with the host and installed correctly.
