Overview
NELE DC-4030 (horizontal) Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a High Accuracy temperature control equipment, using fluorine-free environmental protection refrigeration system, the core components are directly imported, and the performance is stable and reliable. It is for the research, teaching, Quality control and production departments in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, electronic instrumentation, physical chemistry, bioengineering, life science, light industrial food, physical property testing and chemical analysis. It provides a liquid environment with uniform and constant temperature, which can be used for direct thermostatic testing of samples or as an auxiliary heat/cold source to precisely control the temperature of Reaction Kettle, synthetic instruments, extraction and condensation devices.

Principle
The equipment heats or cools the liquid medium in the tank through a fully enclosed environmentally friendly Compressor refrigeration system and heating device. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the integrated PID automatic temperature Control system. The system controls the Power output of the cooling or heating unit through accurate calculation, and starts the heat-free centrifugal circulation pump at the same time to drive the liquid in the tank to force circulation through the porous U-shaped return channel, thereby quickly eliminating the temperature layer and achieving accurate, uniform and constant temperature in the entire working area.

Notice
* Select the appropriate liquid medium (such as pure water, ethylene glycol, alcohol, etc.) according to the required Temperature range.
Please ensure that the water level of the equipment is normal before use to avoid triggering protection or dry burning due to low water level operation.
Pay attention to the safety alarm function of the equipment (e.g. temperature overrun, low water level, temperature runaway, etc.), and deal with it in a timely manner.
When handling or operating, pay attention to the edges and corners of the fuselage. Although the R rounded corner design is adopted, care should be taken.
* When performing water discharge or liquid exchange operations, please use the water discharge system provided by the equipment.
Optional functions (such as external Sensor, program temperature control, etc.) need to be selected and installed according to actual needs.
